Group Leader - Data Science and Modelling
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum
Location: Bristol, Plymouth or Burton preferred, although we will consider candidates based at another Frazer-Nash office
Working Pattern: We operate a flexible hybrid working pattern at Frazer-Nash

Our Supply Chain Consultants help clients design, deliver and assure the supply chains needed to deliver critical programme outcomes. We combine strategic advice with practical delivery experience across supply chain strategy, sourcing and procurement, supplier performance, governance, risk and resilience.
We are seeking a Group Leader to shape the future of our Supply Chain Consultancy Group. You will set its strategic direction, develop the capabilities needed to meet changing client demand and position Frazer-Nash to secure and deliver sustainable, high-quality work.
Central to the role will be creating a clear sense of purpose and belonging. You will build an inclusive professional community in which people are connected, understand the contribution they make and are supported to develop rewarding careers.
The Opportunity
As Group Leader, you will define the strategy, identity and growth of our Supply Chain Consultancy Group.
Working with Business Change leaders, market leads and colleagues across Frazer-Nash, you will identify emerging client needs and translate them into distinctive services, capabilities and growth opportunities.
You will manage the development of our Supply Chain Advisory, Delivery and Assurance services, ensuring they remain relevant, impactful and valuable to clients. You will build trusted relationships with senior clients, shape strategic opportunities and support the growth of our consulting portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing
- Defining and delivering the strategy and growth plan for the Supply Chain Consultancy Group.
- Creating a strong and inclusive professional community with a clear sense of purpose and identity.
- Managing, coaching and developing consultants across multiple sectors, projects and locations.
- Evolving our Supply Chain Advisory, Delivery and Assurance services to meet changing client and market needs.
- Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and industry partners.
- Shaping opportunities, developing propositions and supporting business growth activities.
- Positioning Frazer-Nash to secure and deliver high-quality, sustainable consulting work.
- Providing leadership, governance and assurance across complex supply chain engagements.
- Managing capability planning, recruitment, deployment, succession and performance.
- Supporting the wellbeing, engagement and career development of our people.
- Contributing to consultancy delivery through strategic advice, assurance and client support where appropriate.
Requirements
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Essential Experience
- Significant experience across supply chain and procurement strategy, delivery, and assurance.
- Experience leading, developing, and growing a professional team, service line, or consulting capability.
- The ability to identify market and client needs and translate them into relevant services, propositions, and capability development plans.
- A track record of building senior client relationships and securing consulting or advisory work.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing supply chain, procurement, commercial, or consulting professionals.
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to balance people, capability, delivery, and business priorities.
- Experience providing assurance on complex programmes and advising senior stakeholders.
- A collaborative and inclusive leadership style, with a commitment to building and maintaining a strong professional community.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

Desirable Experience
- Supply chain strategy and transformation.

Due to the nature of the work that Frazer-Nash Consultancy undertake, candidates will be required to undergo pre-employment screening and must be able to satisfy clearance criteria for UK National Security Vetting.
