Our client, a specialist Litigation law firm, is actively recruiting for an experienced England & Wales Qualified Lawyer to join them on a permanent basis in their London office, working as a Qualified Associate focusing on Personal Injury/Serious Injury.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a recently appointed Partner on a brand new long-term claim with the firm – surrounding Personal Injury/Serious Injury.

As the successful Group Litigation Associate, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Working closely with Partners and Senior Associates on a specific claims case
- Preparing correspondence to both opposing Counsel and for clients
- Reviewing various legal documentation, prior to submission to the Court/Tribunal
- Conducting extensive legal research and drafting of legal documentation
- Leading a team of Paralegals (and other business professionals) to progress clients’ claims in a bulk setting
- Resolving potential data issues and queries with gathering client information

Requirements
To be considered, you’ll need to have/be the following:
- Be an England & Wales Qualified Lawyer / Barrister, minimum of 3+ PQE
- Have experience working in Group Litigation or within Personal Injury/Serious Injury (or both)
- Be able to commute to the London office on a regular basis
- Ideally, have experience of supervising Trainees and/or Paralegals
