Group Management Accountant
Location: Manchester, UK (Hybrid)

As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Group Management Accountant to join our Finance team in Manchester. This is a high-impact role within our Finance 2.0 transformation, offering the opportunity to work across multiple international entities while helping shape the future of a modern, technology-enabled finance function.
Your Mission
You'll take ownership of the financial reporting for Nomupay Limited while playing a key role in Group reporting, consolidations, cash management, and finance transformation initiatives. Working closely with the Group Finance Director, FP&A, and Finance teams across the UK, Singapore, Lithuania, Dubai, and other international markets, you'll help drive accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the global finance function.
What You'll Be Doing
Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L, balancesheet and variance analysis.
- Maintain Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and VAT reporting.
- Manage banking activities and cash flow for Nomupay Limited.
- Support budgeting and forecasting alongside the FP&A team.
- Assist with multiple global payrolls.
- Lead the finance activities supporting the Nomupay Limited audit.

Group Finance
- Support the preparation and consolidation of Group management reporting.
- Manage intercompany reconciliations and funding.
- Support Group audit activities, statutory reporting and financial controls.
- Work closely with Finance teams across multiple international entities.
Finance Transformation
- Support the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across the Group.
- Help improve finance processes, controls and documentation.
- Champion new technologies, including AI-powered finance tools, to improve efficiency.
Your profile
What We're Looking For
You'll ideally have:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
- Experience preparing management accounts within a multi-entity business.
- Strong knowledge of AP, AR, VAT, banking, reconciliations, audits and month-end close.
- Experience with IFRS and multi-currency reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Desirable Experience
- Payments, fintech or financial services experience.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Exposure to AI tools within Finance (Copilot, Claude or similar).
- Experience working across international or multi-jurisdiction businesses.
