IFC Holdings Group comprises International Fish Canners, Nor-Sea Foods, Nolan Seafoods, D&G Nolan and J Charles Seafoods and operates out of 2 sites in the North-East of Scotland (Aberdeen City and Fraserburgh). We produce a variety of seafood products including Mackerel, Sardines, Herring and Whitefish for a range of UK and international customers. Our customers include the majority of major supermarkets.
We are currently seeking an experienced and commercially minded Group Management Accountant to play a key role within the Finance team supporting the five subsidiaries within the group.
Location: Aberdeen / Fraserburgh
About the Role
As Group Management Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing the Group's consolidated management accounts, developing and maintaining financial systems and controls, and providing valuable financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
You will also take a lead role in developing our ERP system, ensuring data integrity and delivering meaningful reporting that drives business performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly consolidated Group management accounts.
- Financial reporting, analysis and presentation at operational review meetings.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities.
- Maintaining and developing financial systems, processes and controls.
- Managing and developing the Bliss ERP system across the Group.
- Ensuring accuracy of ERP data, including standard costs, recipes and manufacturing methods.
- Providing cost analysis and financial insight to directors and senior managers.
- Supporting year-end audits, tax compliance and statutory reporting.
- Leading and supporting the Finance and Commercial Administration Team in Aberdeen.
- Deputising for the Group Finance Manager when required.
About You
We are looking for a proactive and commercially focused finance professional who can build strong relationships across the business and provide high-quality financial support in a fast-paced environment.
You will ideally have:
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
- Previous experience preparing management accounts and consolidated reporting.
- Strong financial analysis and business partnering skills.
- Experience of ERP systems and reporting development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Leadership experience with the ability to support and develop teams.
- A continuous improvement mindset and strong attention to detail.
