Group Management Accountant

Location: Central London - Hybrid (3 days/week in office)

Purpose: Own accurate, consistent financial reporting across global capital projects (new builds, acquisitions, integrations, IT capex) for a multi-entity, multi-region organisation. Bring structure to project financials so central finance has a complete, reliable view of spend, especially where data is fragmented or systems are evolving through an ERP rollout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and reconcile project costs against budget across multiple entities/systems; ensure correct coding and monitor committed vs actual spend.
  • Produce budget-vs-actual and variance reporting; maintain project-level forecasts.
  • Deliver standardised, consolidated monthly reporting across regions — acting as the single source of truth for project financial data.
  • Manage capex classification and capitalisation in line with accounting policy, including month-end close support (assets under construction, fixed asset registers).
  • Support project managers with accurate cost data and translate it into clear management reporting.
  • Drive standardisation of processes, reducing manual/ad hoc reporting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
