Senior Mainframe & IBM MQ Support Lead
We are looking for a Senior Mainframe & IBM MQ Support Lead with 15+ years of experience in Mainframe technologies and IBM MQ.
Key Skills:
- Expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, IDMS, and IBM MQ
- Experience in MQ administration, queue management, troubleshooting, and integration support
- Strong background in production support, incident, problem, and change management
- Proven ability to manage enterprise-critical applications, ensuring high availability and operational stability
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience driving operational excellence and process improvements
