Experienced IT professional with 15+ years of expertise in Mainframe technologies and Middleware solutions, including IBM MQ.

Proven experience in managing and supporting enterprise-critical applications, ensuring high availability, performance, and operational stability.

Skilled in Mainframe technologies such as COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and IDMS, with strong knowledge of MQ administration, message flows, queue management, troubleshooting, and integration support.

Experienced in incident, problem, and change management, production support, service delivery, and stakeholder management.

Adept at leading cross-functional teams, driving operational excellence, resolving critical production issues, and implementing process improvements to enhance system reliability and business continuity.
