Group Marketing & Communications Manager (Maternity Cover)
Due to maternity leave, Denholm is seeking a Group Marketing & Communications Manager (Maternity Cover).

About the Role
This appointment provides an opportunity to play a pivotal role within the Group, ensuring continuity and excellence across marketing and communications activities during a period of maternity cover. The role offers the opportunity to step into a well-established function, maintaining momentum across existing initiatives while providing leadership and support during a key transition period for the business.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the successful candidate will work closely with Group Heads of Department, divisional marketing teams, and key stakeholders to deliver established plans and support strategic priorities across the business.

Responsibilities
- Broad responsibility for Group-wide marketing and communications activity, including internal communications, brand management, digital strategy, social media, employee engagement, PR, content development, and corporate communications.
- Oversee the delivery of ongoing projects, manage external suppliers and agency relationships, support crisis communications activity where required, and ensure consistent application of the Denholm brand across all channels and business units.
- Build strong relationships across a diverse and decentralized organization, acting as a trusted partner to stakeholders while maintaining alignment with Group standards and objectives.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and support to the Marketing & Communications Advisor, ensuring priorities are delivered effectively and to a high standard.

Requirements
- Accomplished marketing and communications professional with significant experience across corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, digital marketing, and brand management.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management capability.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Confident operating with pace, quickly building credibility with stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless continuation of activity from day one.
