All North Group (ANG)
All North Group (ANG) is a fast-growing property services group acquiring, growing and scaling independent estate agency brands across the North & Midlands.
Our portfolio includes Wilson Estate Agents, Fidler Taylors in Ashbourne & Matlock Estate Agents with further brands joining the Group and an ambitious acquisition pipeline ahead.
We’re at the beginning of an exciting growth journey.
Our approach is simple: protect what makes great independent businesses special, while giving them the marketing, technology, systems and support they need to grow. The people joining ANG now won’t simply be stepping into an established structure, they’ll have the opportunity to help us build it.
The Role
We’re looking for an ambitious, creative and hands-on Group Marketing Executive to help deliver marketing across All North Group and our individual estate agency brands. This is much broader than a traditional Marketing Executive role.
You’ll work closely with our Group Growth Manager and Managing Director, turning Group and brand strategy into campaigns, content and measurable marketing activity — while taking real ownership of the day-to-day delivery.
Your role will span social media, content, email marketing, digital campaigns, lead generation, local marketing, brand, events and performance reporting.
We’ll give you the direction and commercial priorities, but we don’t want someone simply waiting for a content calendar or a list of jobs. We want your ideas too. We want someone who will get to know our businesses, spot opportunities, challenge us, bring creativity and take pride in making things happen.
Each ANG business has its own history, identity, audience and local market. We don’t want to make them all look like ANG. We want to protect what makes each brand special — and make it even stronger. Most importantly, we’re recruiting this role with the future in mind.
As ANG grows, we want the right person to have a genuine opportunity to progress into Group Marketing Manager, ultimately building and leading the wider marketing function.
What You’ll Be Doing
Social Media & Content
- Take day-to-day ownership of social media across ANG and our individual brands
- Build and manage content calendars aligned with agreed brand and growth strategies
- Create engaging property, people, community and behind-the-scenes content
- Film and edit short-form video, property walkthroughs, interviews and social content
- Grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Manage community engagement and help our branches become increasingly visible within their local markets
- Bring forward new content ideas rather than simply following what has been done before
Campaigns & Lead Generation
- Work with the Group Growth Manager to turn commercial priorities into effective marketing campaigns
- Help plan, launch and optimise Meta advertising
- Support PPC and wider digital lead-generation activity
- Deliver campaigns designed to generate valuations, instructions, landlord enquiries and other commercial opportunities
- Support campaign landing pages, website activity and calls-to-action
- Test audiences, messaging and creative to continually improve results
- Understand what generates enquiries — not simply likes and impressions

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

ANG & Acquisitions
You won’t only be marketing estate agency brands. You’ll also help us build All North Group itself. As our acquisition programme grows, you’ll help us tell the ANG story to independent agency owners across the North & Midlands.
This could include:
- Building ANG’s LinkedIn and digital presence
- Developing Jack Wilson's personal branding
- Creating content around our growth journey
- Capturing the stories of business owners who have joined the Group

- Supporting campaigns aimed at owners considering succession, investment or exit
- Helping launch and integrate new businesses as they join the Group
As ANG grows, this will become an increasingly important part of the role.
Reporting & Performance
Great marketing needs to look good — but it also needs to deliver. You’ll help us understand what’s working, what isn’t and where the next opportunity sits. You’ll help track areas including:
- Campaign performance
- Social growth and engagement
- Website and digital leads
- Valuation enquiries
- Landlord and lettings enquiries
- Email performance
- Paid advertising results
- Content performance
- Lead generation and conversion
You’ll work directly with the Group Growth Manager to connect marketing activity to wider commercial KPIs and use the results to continually improve what we do.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is ready for more. You might currently be a Marketing Executive or Senior Marketing Executive and feel ready for a role offering considerably more variety, responsibility and opportunity. You’ll ideally bring:
- Broad hands-on marketing experience
- Strong social media and content creation skills
- A genuinely good visual eye
- Experience with Meta Ads or paid digital campaigns
- Confidence filming and editing video content
- Experience with email marketing and CRM/database campaigns
- A working understanding of websites, SEO and PPC
- Strong organisational and project-management skills
- Confidence working across multiple brands, teams and locations
- A commercial mindset and an interest in what marketing actually delivers for a business
- Curiosity, initiative and the confidence to bring your own ideas
- The ability to take ownership and make things happen
Property experience would be useful, but it isn’t essential. Attitude, creativity, commercial thinking and ambition matter more to us. We don’t expect you to know everything on day one. We do expect you to want to learn.
The Details
- Based at our brand-new head office in Chesterfield
- Hybrid working — predominantly head office-based with branch support
- Travel between our offices and brands to capture content and support campaigns
- Work closely with the Group Growth Manager and Managing Director
- Photography, design and external specialist support available
- Genuine responsibility and autonomy from day one
- Exposure to multiple businesses, brands and acquisitions
- The opportunity to help shape how ANG approaches marketing as we grow
- Significant career progression for the right person
Your Progression
This is one of the most exciting parts of the opportunity. We’re building the ANG marketing function now — not recruiting into one that has existed for years. Initially, you’ll work closely with our Group Growth Manager and Managing Director, who will lead the wider Group marketing and growth strategy. You’ll be responsible for helping turn that strategy into action and increasingly taking ownership of marketing delivery across our brands. But we’re recruiting for where ANG is going — not simply where we are today. As we acquire more businesses and our marketing requirements grow, we want the right person to develop into our future:
How to Apply
Please send us:
- Your CV
- A short covering letter telling us why ANG and why you.
- Examples of work you’re particularly proud of — whether that’s social content, campaigns, video, email, paid media, websites or something completely different
We care about what you’ve done.
But we’re just as interested in what you could become.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
