Group Content, Campaigns & Social Media
Ingenia Global Partners is a global recruitment investment and growth platform bringing together a portfolio of high-performing, specialist recruitment businesses. Operating internationally, we help our partner businesses scale through collaboration while building sustainable value and a global presence.
As the group continues to grow, we are building an AI-enabled marketing function to deliver consistent, high-quality social media content, campaigns, and marketing collateral support across 15 partner brands, each with its own distinct tone of voice and target audiences.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of and develop our Ingenia brand profile on LinkedIn, as well as deliver campaigns and produce professional marketing collateral for our portfolio businesses.
This is a role that requires a hands-on approach to writing copy, creating compelling content, and launching campaigns using Canva and numerous AI tools. The successful candidate needs to be senior enough to deal directly with senior stakeholders, as well as manage competing priorities across multiple brands.
You will work closely with the Group Marketing Director, senior group leadership, and portfolio partners, and play a key role in scaling marketing output efficiently while maintaining distinct tone of voice and brand identity across a diverse portfolio.

- Create scalable content frameworks that can be adapted and deployed across the group while preserving each brand's distinct tone of voice
- Ensure marketing campaigns and talent attraction campaigns are aligned to business priorities and deliver measurable outcomes
- Update and maintain website content via CMS platforms as required

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
