Group Marketing Manager
Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom
Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 per annum
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Join RAMONA & Firehouse | DIECAST | IDRA as our Group Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our dynamic brands within the hospitality industry. We are looking for a passionate and experienced marketing professional to lead and inspire our marketing teams, develop innovative strategies, and enhance our brand presence across Manchester, the UK and beyond.
About The Role
As Group Marketing Manager, you will be at the heart of our marketing efforts, overseeing the planning, implementation, and optimisation of marketing campaigns that connect with our customers and strengthen our market position. You will work closely with senior leadership, sales teams, and external partners to deliver creative and effective marketing solutions that drive growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals across all brands in the group.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
- Plan and manage budgets to maximise return on investment for marketing campaigns.
- Drive brand development initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and operations teams to support new product launches and promotions.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content creation.
- Manage relationships with agencies, suppliers, and media partners.
- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior marketing role, ideally within the Restaurant, Bar and Nightclub sector.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
- Excellent understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and brand management.
- Demonstrable success in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market research.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proficiency with marketing software and tools (e.g. CRM systems, Google Analytics, social media platforms).
