About the Role
RAMONA & Firehouse | DIECAST | IDRA are looking for a Group Marketing Manager to help shape the next chapter of our brands. This is a pivotal role for a confident, creative and commercially minded marketer who can lead strategy, inspire a team and deliver marketing that genuinely moves the needle.
As Group Marketing Manager, you’ll sit at the centre of our marketing activity - driving campaigns, strengthening brand presence and making sure every touchpoint feels sharp, relevant and consistent. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, operations and external partners to create marketing that connects with guests and supports business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and deliver marketing strategies aligned with business goals across all brands in the group.
- Lead, mentor and support the marketing team to deliver high-quality work and professional growth.
- Build campaigns that drive bookings, footfall and revenue.
- Plan and manage budgets to maximise return on investment.
- Build brand development initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Work with operations, sales and wider teams to support launches, campaigns and promotions.
- Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activity to spot opportunities.
- Oversee digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, SEO and content creation.
- Manage relationships with agencies, suppliers and media partners.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within hospitality, or a similar commercial or consumer-facing sector.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
- A solid understanding of brand management, digital marketing and marketing principles.
- Proven success delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive results.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A sharp analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action.
- Experience using marketing tools such as CRM systems, Google Analytics and social platforms.
- A degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline is preferred.
