At Acturis Group, we're building the next phase of growth.
Over the last two decades, Acturis has grown from an entrepreneurial start-up into a group of successful businesses serving the global insurance market. As the Group continues to evolve, we're investing in the people, processes and capabilities needed to support long-term growth, drive operational excellence and help our businesses work more effectively together.
This is an exciting time to join. We're establishing a new Group Transformation & Operations function that will help ensure strategic priorities translate into measurable outcomes, create greater visibility of performance across the Group, and establish the governance and operational disciplines needed to support continued growth.
You'll work closely with senior leaders across the Acturis Group, helping to embed and sustain new ways of working, improve operational performance, and provide the frameworks, insights and accountability that enable the business to execute effectively. This is a unique opportunity to have a visible impact on how the Group operates and supports its long-term success.
Day to day you will:
- Embed and operate the Group's transformation outcomes, taking ownership of the governance, performance measures and operating rhythms that ensure new ways of working deliver sustained business value long after implementation.
- Monitor and improve operational performance across the Acturis Group, maintaining visibility of priorities, dependencies, capacity, risks and benefits, and working with senior stakeholders to identify issues, drive accountability and continuously improve results.
- Provide the management infrastructure that underpins execution, creating a single trusted view of performance, running the Group's operating cadence, and ensuring leaders have the information, controls and insights needed to make effective decisions and deliver against strategic objectives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
