DNA Recruit is collaborating with a renowned leading Integrated Agency, partnering with some of the world’s most recognizable consumer brands. With a collaborative and ambitious culture, they are entering an exciting phase of growth and are seeking a Group Operations and Transformation Director to help shape and accelerate their operational performance and future scalability.

About the Role

As Group Operations and Transformation Director, you will take ownership of the agency’s operational engine, ensuring that people, processes, systems, and workflows are optimized to deliver exceptional work more efficiently, more profitably, and at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and continuously improve the agency operating model, ensuring seamless end-to-end workflow across all teams.
  • Develop and embed scalable processes that improve speed, quality, profitability, and consistency of delivery.
  • Drive operational transformation initiatives, including the adoption of AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • Lead resource planning and workflow management to improve utilization, capacity visibility, and delivery performance.
  • Oversee operational reporting, dashboards, and performance visibility across the business.
  • Improve forecasting, planning, and operational decision-making in partnership with senior leadership.
  • Embed a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement across the agency.
  • Partner with leadership to improve commercial performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce operational friction, cost, and inefficiency across teams.
  • Support the development of pricing, forecasting, and commercial planning processes.
  • Ensure operational infrastructure supports the agency’s growth ambitions and client delivery standards.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven senior operational leadership experience within a Creative, Brand Activation, or Integrated agency environment.
  • Strong track record of leading operational transformation, change programmes, or business optimization initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of agency workflows, resource management, and delivery operations.
  • Experience implementing AI, automation, or operational technology within a business.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience supporting profitability and efficiency improvements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence at senior leadership level.
  • Highly analytical with strong capability in reporting, forecasting, and operational insight.
  • Strong understanding of how agencies scale sustainably while maintaining quality and culture.
  • A proactive, improvement-led mindset with the ability to challenge and simplify existing ways of working.
