Group Operations Director – Multi-Brand Restaurant Group
London with national travel
Up to £140,000
I’m working with an established restaurant group looking for a Group Operations Director to lead its national portfolio through its next stage of growth.
This is a broad role across several brands, leading multiple Heads of Operations and working closely with the senior leadership team. The focus is on connecting the teams and support functions more effectively, improving performance and putting the right structure in place as the group evolves.

The role:
- Lead operational performance across a national, multi-brand estate
- Coach and develop Heads of Operations and their teams
- Improve consistency, communication and accountability across the group
- Work closely with People, Marketing, Finance and Property
- Identify commercial opportunities and operational efficiencies
- Support future acquisitions and growth plans

- Senior leadership experience within a substantial restaurant group
- A strong commercial background and real credibility in restaurant operations
- Experience leading large teams across a complex business
- The ability to bring structure and take people with you through change
- Experience working closely with ownership and support functions
- A collaborative, low-ego approach
