CliniHunters is a leading clinical headhunting boutique consultancy with a strategic focus on dentistry across Wales, as well as wider UK. We are delighted to be supporting an established, independent and family-owned dental group in appointing an ambitious Group Operations Manager.
Owned and led by practising dentists, the group has strong family values and comprises three established practices across South Wales.

Working directly with the owners, you will:
- Lead operations across all three practices.
- Support the transition to the new Welsh NHS dental contract.
- Develop practice managers and their teams.
- Improve performance, diary efficiency and chair utilisation.
- Standardise compliance, systems and reporting.
- Support recruitment and future practice integrations.
We are seeking an experienced dental practice manager with strong Wales NHS DENTAL knowledge, commercial awareness and excellent people-leadership skills. Multi-site experience would be advantageous, but we also welcome accomplished practice managers ready to take their next career step.
