About the Role
Do you have experience of leading multiple sites within a heavy engineering environment?
Are you looking for a role offering full autonomy as you drive operational improvements and bring new sites online?
A market leading heavy engineering specialist are seeking a Group Operations Manager to oversee their UK operations and play a key role in their continued growth & expansion.
An ideal applicant will have experience leading multi-site operations within a heavy engineering environment such as recycling, aggregates, quarrying, waste management, foundry, EfW or similar. You will be a proven and influential leader with a track record of developing teams, driving continuous improvements and implementing consistent standards across sites.

Responsibilities
- Oversee, lead and develop multisite operations across the UK
- Drive improvements across operations and help bring new sites online
- Predominantly North West based with UK-wide travel expected
Requirements
Position:
- Group Operations Manager, Operations Manager, Head of Operations, Regional Operations Manager, Area Operations Manager, Head of Production, Production Director, Regional Production Manager, Operation Director, Head of Production
Person:
- Operations Manager, Plant Manager, Production Manager or similar
- Experience managing multi-site operations
- Heavy Engineering background (Recycling, Aggregates, Foundry, EfW etc.)
- Proven and influential people leader
- Looking for an autonomous role with further progression opportunities
