About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Group Operations Manager to join our senior leadership team and oversee operational performance across THE NICI Collection.
This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring operational excellence, exceptional guest experiences, strong team performance and commercial success across our growing portfolio of luxury lifestyle hotels and hospitality venues.
Working closely with General Managers and Heads of Department, you will provide leadership, direction and support across the collection, ensuring our standards remain consistently high while identifying opportunities to improve performance, profitability and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operational performance across all properties within THE NICI Collection
- Support, coach and develop General Managers and senior departmental leaders
- Drive consistency in guest experience, service standards and operational delivery across the collection
- Monitor and improve profitability, labour productivity and cost control
- Ensure all properties operate in line with company policies, procedures and brand standards
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, food safety and employment legislation
- Lead operational projects including new openings, refurbishments and business improvement initiatives
- Analyse KPIs, budgets, payroll, guest feedback and financial performance to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Develop and implement group-wide operational procedures, systems and best practices
- Work collaboratively with HR, Finance, Sales & Marketing and Executive Leadership
- Support recruitment, succession planning and leadership development across the collection
- Maintain a strong and visible presence across all properties, building positive relationships with teams at every level
- Champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and exceptional service

About You
We are looking for a confident and experienced hospitality leader who combines strong operational expertise with a commercial mindset and a genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
You will have:
- Proven experience in a multi-site hospitality or hotel operations management role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- A commercially focused approach, with experience driving revenue and controlling costs
- Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing large teams within a luxury or high-end hospitality environment
- A strong understanding of hotel operations, including rooms, food & beverage, events and guest services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, motivate and develop teams
- A hands-on and collaborative leadership style
- The flexibility and willingness to travel between properties as required
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and hospitality compliance standards

Desirable
- Experience within a luxury, lifestyle or independent hotel group
- Experience across both hotel and restaurant operations
- Degree or professional qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Management or a related discipline
- Experience supporting new openings, refurbishments or significant operational projects
