Help Shape the Future of Parts at One of the UK's Leading Family-Owned Dealer Groups
At D. M. Keith, we've always believed that great businesses are built by great people.
As one of the UK's leading privately owned motor retailers, we've grown by putting our colleagues, customers and manufacturer partners at the heart of everything we do. Our family values have guided us for generations and continue to shape the way we support one another, serve our customers and invest in the future.
Today, we represent 13 of the world's leading automotive brands across 20 locations, operating a multi-million-pound Aftersales business that continues to grow through investment in our people, technology and customer experience.
As we continue to evolve, we're looking for an exceptional Group Parts Manager to join our Aftersales Leadership Team and help shape the future of Parts across our business.
This is far more than a traditional Head Office role. It's an opportunity to influence strategy, support our dealerships, develop our people and play a key role in the continued success of a business where relationships, trust and long-term thinking matter.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Group Aftersales Director, you'll provide strategic leadership for Parts across the Group. Working as part of the Aftersales Leadership Team, you'll work closely with dealership leadership teams to drive commercial performance, improve operational excellence and ensure our Parts operations continue to deliver outstanding service to both internal and external customers.
You'll spend time within our dealerships, working alongside our Parts teams, listening, coaching, identifying opportunities and supporting continuous improvement. Success in this role isn't simply about improving financial performance—it's about developing people, strengthening relationships and creating an environment where our teams can perform at their very best.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
