This is a superb, newly created role for an experienced Payroll Specialist to own the end-to-end Payroll process and make it your own.

This is initially a 12-month fixed-term role but it could have scope to go on longer for the perfect person.

Your key duties will centre on...

  • Running end to end Payroll in a multi-entity group setting
  • Administration of year-end Payroll activities
  • Administration of benefits
  • Reviewing existing Payroll processes and continually implementing improvements within a growing organisation
  • Leading a Payroll Administrator

The ideal candidate for this role, will...

  • Have substantial end-to-end Payroll Management experience (i.e. not just data inputting)
  • Be comfortable with high-volume and complex Payroll (varying frequencies)
  • Be analytical and have an eye for improving systems and processes
  • Have substantial experience operating as "number 1" in Payroll
  • Be available to start a new role within 1-2 weeks of being offered one
