Job Purpose
At ODEON Cinemas Group, we don’t just procure goods and services, we help create unforgettable cinema experiences for millions of guests across Europe.
We’re looking for a Buyer with a strong procurement background who’s excited to step into a Food & Beverage and supply chain category carrying out multiple tenders or projects in line with business requirements.
You’ll take part-ownership of our Food & Beverage and supply chain strategy, while also supporting and leading sourcing across a wider range of indirect categories from marketing and media services to operational spend that directly impacts the cinema experience.

Key Accountabilities
- Run end-to-end sourcing (RFPs, negotiations, contract execution) across the F&B and supply chain category.
- Build strong internal stakeholder relationships across F&B & supply Chain.
- Deliver value through cost optimisation, innovation, and supplier performance.
- Embed risk, ESG, and compliance considerations across the supply base.
- Build strong supplier relationships and governance frameworks.
- Analyse spend, market trends, and performance to drive better decisions and identify opportunities.
- Lead by example within the procurement team, wider OCG business and supply base to ensure cultural values are embedded and maintained.
- The role will involve European travel as required.

Key Skills
- Strong background in procurement.
- Proven experience within purchasing Food & Beverage is desirable.
- Experience operating in a multi-country or complex organisation.
- Strategic mindset with ability to deliver hands-on execution.
- Experience running tenders and negotiating high value contracts.
- Ability to work across multiple categories, not just F&B & supply chain.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Commercially driven, analytical, and adaptable.
- Ability to work within in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
- Strong communication & developed influencing skills; with an ability to “take people with you”.
- Comprehensive analytical & PC skills.
- Supplier Management - proven track record of influencing suppliers to get the "best deal".
- Ability to develop supplier relationship management standards, and monitor supplier & contract management processes to ensure all suppliers meet our ethical and compliance standards.
