π Group Product Manager | B2B Payments | Cross-Border Payouts
π€ The Orbis Product Recruitment Team is partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed payments business headquartered in London. Their platform helps businesses trading internationally receive, hold, convert and send money across dozens of currencies and markets, through both UI and API. Following a full rebuild of the product, they're now scaling quickly across multiple regions.
π They're hiring a Group Product Manager to take full ownership of global payouts across API and platform. While the Product Director focuses on pay-ins, you'll lead the payouts side end to end, managing two PMs covering North America/LATAM and UK/Europe. Across the wider payments team, you'll be the genuine number two, with regular exposure to the founders and senior leadership.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
