About RemotePass

We are a UAE-based startup working remotely from all over the world. Our team is diversified and spread across 20+ different countries. We aspire to become a leading remote work enabler that simplifies access to world-class talent. We believe that anyone should be able to work anytime, anywhere.

We are backed by world-class regional & international investors: BECO Capital, Wamda Capital, Khawarizmi VC, Wealth Well, Falt6Labs, and Plug & Play.

The Role

You will own the Employment product line: Global Payroll and Employer of Record, reporting directly to the CEO.

This is a step-up role. We are looking for a strong Senior PM from the payroll or EOR space who is ready to own a domain and grow a team, not someone looking for a big title. The scope is real from day one:

  • Roadmap ownership. You set the direction for EOR and Global Payroll. You decide what gets built and what does not, and you defend those calls.
  • Discovery. You spend real time with customers, prospects, and our operations teams. We are moving the product organization from delivery-led to discovery-led, and this domain leads that shift.
  • Feedback into direction. Signals arrive constantly from every side: CS escalations, operations pain, sales objections, prospect calls, support tickets. You turn that noise into a clear, prioritized view of what matters and why, and you make the reasoning visible so the rest of the business knows where they stand. As the team grows, this is the discipline you set the standard on and teach your PMs.
  • Cross-functional execution, globally. You are the connective tissue between product, engineering, and go-to-market across time zones. You keep engineering and design unblocked, keep sales, CS, and operations ahead of what is shipping, and drive outcomes in a fully remote setup without waiting for a room to walk into.
  • A team, over time. You start hands-on and hire and manage 2 to 3 PMs into the domain. You own your resourcing plan.
  • Internal tooling and applied AI. The internal platforms and AI agents that power EOR and payroll operations (payroll processing agents, AI support tooling, operations platforms) sit in your scope. Product here means the customer-facing surface and the machinery behind it, so that operations scale without headcount scaling with them.
  • Payroll depth. Global payroll is multi-engine, multi-country, and full of edge cases. You are comfortable going deep into calculation logic, compliance nuance, and country-specific flows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
