Group Product Manager - Platform Experience
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Group Product Manager - Platform Experience based in United Kingdom.
This is a senior product leadership role focused on shaping the end-to-end experience of a modern AI cloud platform.
You will lead the Platform Experience function, connecting multiple product areas around a unified customer and developer journey.
Your mission will be to reduce time-to-first-value and create a predictable path from proof of concept to production.
You will oversee a team of Product Managers while setting strategy across APIs, developer tools, documentation, AI assistance, notifications, quotas, and resource models.
The role combines product strategy, technical depth, customer insight, and cross-functional leadership across a complex cloud environment.
You will work closely with Engineering, Customer Experience, Go-to-Market, and other product teams to deliver shared customer and business outcomes.
It is an opportunity to shape how developers and enterprises interact with AI infrastructure at global scale.
Accountabilities
- Define the vision, product strategy, success metrics, and investment priorities for the Platform Experience portfolio.
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Product Managers, establishing clear ownership, strong product practices, and effective collaboration across the group.
- Align multiple product roadmaps around shared customer needs, business outcomes, and strategic priorities.
- Create a consistent, API-first and agentic-first developer experience across CLI tools, Terraform, SDKs, public APIs, documentation, and AI-assisted experiences.
- Reduce time-to-first-value by designing clear end-to-end customer journeys and making the transition from proof of concept to production more predictable.
- Improve developer and customer experiences through actionable errors, effective guidance, and intuitive platform workflows.
- Lead the evolution of capacity and quota management and the underlying resource model to support enterprise, partner, multi-region, and multi-tenant use cases.
- Establish a unified approach to customer-facing notifications and communications, including maintenance updates, incidents, and events spanning multiple products.
- Partner closely with Engineering leaders to shape technically robust product strategies across APIs, developer tooling, resource models, multi-tenancy, and distributed platform systems.
- Collaborate with Customer Experience, Go-to-Market, and product teams to ensure product decisions reflect customer needs and deliver measurable business impact.
- Establish and monitor meaningful product metrics, using customer and business insights to continuously improve the platform experience.

Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, including proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing Product Managers.
- Demonstrated experience owning a portfolio or product group spanning multiple technically complex products and engineering teams.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, enterprise SaaS, or another technically complex B2B domain.
- Sufficient technical depth to collaborate effectively with engineering leadership on APIs, developer tooling, infrastructure resources, multi-tenancy, and distributed platform architectures.
- Strong product strategy capabilities, with experience translating customer needs and market opportunities into clear product direction and investment priorities.
- Excellent customer discovery and analytical skills, with the ability to identify high-value problems and use evidence to guide product decisions.
- Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around a shared vision.
- Proven ability to lead through influence across engineering, product, customer-facing, and commercial functions.
- Experience with public APIs, infrastructure-as-code tools, developer documentation, or AI-assisted developer experiences is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with GPU infrastructure, AI/ML workloads, or cloud products operating under significant capacity constraints is advantageous.
- Strong ownership, adaptability, and comfort working in a fast-moving and continuously evolving technology environment.
