Job Details
Our team members are at the heart of everything we do. At World Courier (a Cencora company), we are united in our responsibility to create healthier futures, and every person here is essential to us to be able to deliver on that purpose.
This role will sit within the Global Data and Technology Solutions (GDATS) organization in World Courier and is a key member of the Product Leadership Team. We’re re-imagining IT — not as a support function, but as a strategic partner to the World Courier business.
We exist to help the organisation rise, adapt, and grow, using technology that is innovative, integrated, reliable, secure and designed around real operational needs.
This role will shape our Transportation-related product technologies from transportation management systems, to the next generation of route planning and optimization, to driver and vehicle technology, and more.
Why this role matters
Transportation execution is core to World Courier’s value proposition and directly impacts patient outcomes, customer trust, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
This role leads a cohesive transportation product group, bringing together multiple product domains: transportation management, route planning and optimization, and driver/vehicle technologies—into a unified strategy and delivery model.
Equally, this role contributes as part of a broader Product Group leadership team, collaborating with peer Group Product Managers to align roadmaps, dependencies, and investment priorities across domains such as customer enablement, data, and core platforms.
What You’ll Do
Product Group Leadership & Roadmap Ownership
- Lead a transportation product group composed of multiple product domains, with Product Owners reporting into this role.
- Co-own the vision and multi-year roadmap for each product domain, working in close partnership with the business in a “two-in-a-box” model and the respective Product Owners.
- Ensure alignment between individual product roadmaps and the overarching transportation strategy, driving cohesive, end-to-end outcomes across the product group.
- Provide direction, coaching, and governance to Product Owners, enabling strong product management discipline, clear prioritization, and high-quality delivery.
Cross-Product Collaboration & Enterprise Alignment
- Operate as a peer to other Product Group Managers, jointly shaping the company-wide product vision and roadmap strategy.
- Collaborate closely with peers to:
- Align roadmaps and sequencing across interdependent product groups
- Manage cross-domain dependencies and integration points
- Ensure consistent product management practices and standards
- Support cohesive, end-to-end user and operational experiences
- Contribute to portfolio-level decision making, helping to balance investment, innovation, and platform health across the broader GDATS product landscape.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
