Role Description

The Group Quality and Improvement Advisor is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting and enhancing quality standards across Chevron Traffic Management. This role involves:

The advisor will collaborate with operational teams to implement corrective and preventive actions, standardize best practices, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. Daily tasks include:

  • Analyzing data
  • Preparing reports and recommendations
  • Providing guidance on quality assurance processes
  • Contributing to training and awareness initiatives that strengthen continuous improvement and safety across the group

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills: To interpret data, assess performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Quality Management and Quality Control Skills: To design, implement, and monitor effective quality systems and procedures.
  • Quality Auditing and Quality Assurance Skills: To conduct audits, verify compliance, and support continuous enhancement of standards.
  • Relevant Experience: In safety, infrastructure, construction, highways, or related sectors is beneficial.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement Skills: Strong report-writing skills are desirable.
  • Remote Work Capability: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across teams is important.
  • Professional Certifications: Training in quality management or auditing (e.g., ISO-related qualifications) is an advantage.
