We are recruiting for a Construction Quality Assurance (QA) Manager
We are recruiting for a Construction Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to join a respected UK Construction Contractor.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Construction QA Manager who is passionate about delivering projects to the highest standard while advancing their career.
This contractor primarily specialise within the following areas:
- Demolition
- Earthworks & infrastructure
- Piling & concrete works
- Asbestos removal
- Remediation
- Waste management
They currently have 8 large scale projects across Central London.
Key Responsibilities
The Construction QA Manager will be expected to oversee quality assurance processes and drive quality performance across our construction projects.

- Develop and implement project quality plans, procedures, and inspection regimes.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct quality audits, inspections, and reviews of construction activities.
- Manage non-conformances, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee quality documentation, testing records, and project handover packages.
- Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to drive quality performance.
- Monitor quality KPIs and promote a right-first-time culture.

Requirements
- Proven experience in construction quality management
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspections, and auditing processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and construction industry standards
Salary
£70,000 - £80,000 per annum (depending upon experience).
