Group Quality Manager | Luxury Nursing Homes
Growing Luxury Care Provider | Home Counties
£75,000 – £80,000 per annum plus package.
The Opportunity
Compass Associates are pleased to be supporting a growing luxury care provider with the appointment of a Quality Manager as they continue to develop their portfolio across the Home Counties. With three established homes and plans for further growth over the next 3–5 years, this is an exciting opportunity to join the organisation at a pivotal stage of its journey.
The provider is focused on delivering high-quality, personalised care within beautifully designed environments, serving the premium private self-pay market.
The Role
The Quality Manager will work closely with the Operations Director and wider team to support and develop quality and clinical standards across the homes. The role will focus primarily on quality improvement and clinical excellence, alongside the necessary compliance and governance responsibilities.

You will be involved in:
- Supporting quality and clinical governance across the homes.
- Developing and maintaining quality systems, policies, and procedures.
- Undertaking audits and helping teams identify areas for improvement.
- Supporting training and clinical development.
- Working alongside home teams to maintain consistently high standards of care.
- Helping to support the opening and commissioning of future homes.
About You:
We are looking for a clinically experienced Quality professional who enjoys working collaboratively and making a positive difference to care. Experience of new builds, commissioning, or acquisitions would be beneficial, but is not essential.
You will be approachable, personable, and comfortable building relationships with teams, while having the confidence to provide guidance and support where needed.
