About the Opportunity

A leading international organisation is seeking a Group Reporting Advisor to join its growing Group Reporting & Consolidation function. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant with strong technical reporting experience to take ownership of key external reporting processes within a complex, multi-entity environment.

The Role

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role suited to an experienced reporting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing challenging deadlines, solving complex accounting issues, and driving improvements across reporting processes.

You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality reporting outputs while supporting the continued development and optimisation of the Group Reporting function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation and delivery of shareholder financial reporting packs, including quarterly reporting and investor-related requirements.
  • Own the end-to-end preparation of group and subsidiary statutory financial statements, from initial preparation through to final submission.
  • Act as the internal specialist for IFRS 16 lease accounting, providing technical guidance and ensuring consistent application across the business.
  • Support deferred tax calculations and assessment of group tax balances in line with IAS 12 requirements.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and key internal stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Support group consolidation activities, audit processes, and wider external reporting requirements.
  • Monitor and evidence compliance with financial covenants and reporting obligations.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen controls, automate processes, and improve reporting efficiency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
