We are currently looking for a Group Reporting Manager to join our Group Finance team.

Based in Leeds with agile working arrangements, this is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering statutory, external and regulatory reporting while supporting governance, controls and continuous improvement across the Group. You'll contribute to key audit activities, high-quality financial reporting and the ongoing development of a strong control environment.

You'll become part of a collaborative finance function that works closely with colleagues across Management Accounting, Treasury, Commercial Finance and Tax. The team plays a critical role in maintaining financial control, supporting informed business decisions and driving improvements across reporting and finance processes.

What's The Role

  • Deliver Group statutory, external and regulatory reporting obligations accurately and on time
  • Prepare Group and subsidiary financial statements and supporting disclosures
  • Coordinate external audit activities and manage auditor information requests
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of Group accounting policies, controls and governance standards
  • Own key balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Document key accounting judgements and estimates to support reporting and audit requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, controls and data quality

What Can You Offer

  • Fully qualified accountant status (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with post-qualification experience
  • Experience in financial reporting, audit, statutory accounting or a broader finance role
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and ability to apply accounting standards in practice
  • Experience preparing statutory accounts and supporting audit processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
  • Experience within vehicle leasing, financial services, asset finance, regulated environments or finance transformation would be advantageous
