Are you an experienced qualified accountant who has extensive group reporting and financial accounting experience looking to join a highly acquisitional business based in Essex?

A high-growth global organisation are looking for a Group Reporting Manager to help build projects, improve systems and processes whilst mentoring and developing a small team.

As a Group Reporting Manager you will:

  • Lead the group consolidation process across multiple legal entities and international regions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles in line with corporate reporting deadlines.
  • Oversee intercompany accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial controls to ensure reporting integrity.
  • Support statutory reporting, tax, audit, and compliance activities, maintaining adherence to accounting policies and internal controls.
  • Lead finance projects, including the integration of acquisitions, financial system enhancements, and initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the month-end close process.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for the general ledger and financial reporting systems, supporting system improvements and business integrations.
  • Build strong relationships with finance stakeholders across the business to drive collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Group Consolidation team.
