Interim Group Reporting & Technical Projects

Location: London (hybrid, 2-3 days in office)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: £500-650 per day, outside IR35

Our client is a fast growing, well established business in a competitive consumer sector, going through a period of change and technical complexity. They're now looking for an experienced Group Reporting Manager on an interim basis to join their finance team through a busy period covering half year reporting, statutory accounts and technical change.

What you'll be doing

  • Project managing the half year close, working across finance and wider stakeholders to hit key deadlines
  • Redesigning the statutory cashflow model, making sure it's robust and audit ready ahead of the HY announcement
  • Supporting recapitalisation of an overseas legal entity, working closely with the tax team
  • Finalising the year end statutory accounts, getting them over the line
  • Updating and partially rebuilding the going concern forecast cashflow model, ready for the next budget cycle
  • Leading on IFRS 18 implementation, including stakeholder management and scoping any additional support needed

What we're looking for

  • A qualified ACA accountant with strong group reporting and statutory accounts experience
  • Previous experience in working in a listed or complex group structure
  • Available to start in the next 2-3 weeks
