Group Reporting Manager | Global Financial Services Brand | London

We're working with a globally recognised retail business, a household name operating across dozens of markets - as they go through an ambitious finance transformation programme. Off the back of significant investment, they're rebuilding their Group Reporting function from the ground up, and this is your chance to be at the centre of it.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning the effectiveness and integrity of Group consolidation, ensuring financial reporting is accurate, timely and fully aligned to IFRS.
  • You'll be a key voice in the wider Finance Transformation Programme, driving improvements to systems and controls with real visibility at Group level.
  • Help prepare consolidated Group Financial Statements and support statutory filings, and you'll work directly with regional finance teams across the group to standardise best practice - this is a genuinely cross-border, high-exposure role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What we're looking for:

  • ACA qualified, with experience in practice, and at least 2 years in industry.
  • Strong technical grounding in IFRS/UK GAAP, and hands-on experience with a major consolidation platform (HFM, FCCS or similar).
  • You're someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-scrutiny environment - tenacious, detail-obsessed, and confident enough to challenge constructively when it matters.
  • Above all, you want more than a technical reporting job - you want a seat at the table during a genuine transformation story.
