Group Reporting Manager

Location: White City, West London
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum, with a bonus potential of up to 5%

Reports to: Head of Group Finance

Your Role as Group Reporting Manager

As the Group specialist for consolidated reporting, IFRS, financial controls and tax reporting, you will work with the Head of Group Finance and finance teams to deliver accurate, timely reporting and improve controls, processes and systems.

You will also support treasury and sustainability reporting affecting Group reporting, compliance and tax.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly Group consolidation, reviewing market submissions for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage the annual Group close, management reporting and separate financial statements.
  • Be the Group IFRS expert, maintaining policies and advising on technical accounting.
  • Develop and embed the Group Financial Control Framework and support compliance testing.
  • Lead audit preparation and liaise with internal and external auditors.
  • Manage consolidated budgets and forecasts, analysing and challenging submissions.
  • Oversee Group cash flow, debt and treasury reporting, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Support treasury reporting systems, including FIS Integrity.
  • Lead Group tax reporting, including deferred tax, effective tax rate analysis and reconciliations.
  • Partner with finance teams, advisers and our parent company to improve reporting, automation and transparency.
  • Support sustainability reporting, CSRD compliance and wider business initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
  • Significant post-qualification Group reporting experience in an international organisation.
  • Strong Group consolidation, IFRS and statutory reporting experience.
  • Group tax accounting experience, including deferred tax.
  • Strong knowledge of financial controls, systems and reporting processes.
  • Experience managing complex reporting cycles and senior finance stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel and financial systems skills.
  • Treasury Management Systems experience, particularly FIS Integrity, is advantageous.
  • CTA qualification desirable.
