About the Role
We are partnering with a globally recognised organisation to appoint a Group Reporting Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Joining at a pivotal time in the financial calendar, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of year-end reporting while maintaining high standards across group consolidation, technical accounting, and financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced group reporting professional who enjoys operating in a technically complex, international environment and can quickly become a trusted member of the finance team.
The Opportunity
Reporting into the Head of Group Reporting, you will take ownership of the Group's consolidation and statutory reporting processes, ensuring accurate reporting across approximately 50 legal entities operating in multiple jurisdictions and currencies.

This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can quickly understand the existing reporting framework, provide technical accounting expertise, and support the wider finance function during a busy reporting period.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end group consolidation process across approximately 50 global legal entities.
- Ensure accurate multi-currency consolidation and financial reporting in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and supporting reporting packs.
- Provide technical accounting guidance across the Group, researching and resolving complex accounting issues where required.
- Review balance sheet reconciliations and consolidation adjustments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support external auditors throughout the year-end audit process.
- Manage and develop two direct reports, providing oversight, coaching, and review of their work.
- Work closely with finance teams across the business to ensure consistent reporting and compliance.
- Support the business through the ongoing ERP transformation by maintaining continuity within Group Reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, controls, and efficiencies.

About You
We are looking for an experienced Group Reporting professional who is comfortable working within a complex international organisation and can make an immediate impact.
You'll ideally bring:
- Proven experience leading group consolidation within a large, multi-entity organisation.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge (practice-trained or significant industry technical accounting experience).
- Experience managing multi-currency and multi-entity consolidations.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting requirements.
- Previous experience preparing consolidated financial statements.
- The ability to quickly understand existing processes and deliver from day one.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Previous experience managing or mentoring finance professionals is desirable.
