This is an exciting opportunity to influence how the business measures performance while developing expertise across Group accounting, consolidation, governance and investor reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare Group financial statements and reporting for external audiences.
  • Produce monthly Group consolidations and supporting notes.
  • Own the finance calendar and coordinate the month-end close process.
  • Prepare Group profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and bank covenant reporting, including financial commentary.
  • Prepare and review Group accounting entries in line with IFRS and UK GAAP requirements.
  • Manage the Group balance sheet review process and partner with market finance teams.
  • Act as the reporting systems champion, developing expertise in NetSuite, Power BI and Solution7.
  • Prepare quarterly investor reporting, delivering clear and insightful commentary on financial and strategic performance.
  • Produce financial reporting and information for the Group's banking syndicate.
  • Support the control environment through finance review processes and controls documentation.
  • Partner with colleagues across multiple markets to ensure compliance with Group policies and controls.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
