Group Reporting Manager

A FTSE-listed business in Central London is seeking a Group Reporting Manager to join its high-performing Group Finance team. This role offers broad exposure, senior stakeholder interaction, and the chance to shape reporting across a complex international group.

What You’ll Do

  • Support monthly Group consolidation and ensure IFRS-compliant reporting.
  • Deliver clear, timely reporting for corporate functions and act as a trusted business partner.
  • Contribute to the monthly Group reporting pack with analysis and commentary.
  • Lead budgeting for corporate teams and support the wider Group budget cycle.
  • Help implement and optimise the new consolidation system.
  • Assist with ERP/consolidation system admin and external audit delivery.
  • Support major transactions and prepare sections of the Annual & Interim Report.
  • Contribute to wider finance transformation and project work.

What You’ll Bring

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 2+ years PQE.
  • Strong financial and management reporting experience.
  • Solid IFRS and consolidation knowledge.
  • Comfortable with ERP and consolidation tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication ability.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
