Group Reporting Manager | £90,000 + Benefits | 12-Month FTC
Location: London. Hybrid (2 days per week)
Salary: Up to £90,000 + Benefits
Contract Type: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Start Date: Immediate start preferred
Stanton House is partnering with a complex international organisation to recruit an experienced Group Reporting Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong finance professional to take ownership of Group consolidation and reporting within a highly international, multi-entity environment.
Reporting into the senior Group Finance team, you will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting across a complex global organisation, while supporting a significant period of transformation within the finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the monthly, quarterly and year-end Group consolidation process across approximately 50 legal entities
- Preparing and reviewing consolidated financial statements and Group reporting packs
- Managing multi-currency consolidation and reporting in line with IFRS and statutory requirements
- Providing technical accounting expertise and resolving complex accounting matters
- Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and consolidation adjustments
- Supporting the external audit process and acting as a key point of contact throughout year-end
- Managing, coaching and developing two direct reports
- Partnering with finance teams across multiple international locations
- Supporting the Group Reporting function through an ongoing ERP transformation programme
- Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes, controls and efficiencies

About You:
You will ideally be:
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified
- An experienced Group Reporting Manager or Senior Group Reporting professional
- Experienced in leading complex Group consolidations within a large, international or multi-entity organisation
- Technically strong with excellent knowledge of IFRS
- Experienced in multi-currency consolidations and statutory reporting
- Comfortable preparing and reviewing consolidated financial statements
- A strong stakeholder manager who can work effectively across international teams
- Experienced in managing, coaching or mentoring finance professionals
