Join Our Group Sales Team as a Group Sales Executive

📍 Based at our dynamic support office in Glasgow

Are you a natural communicator with a passion for hospitality and sales? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new opportunities? Then this role might be your perfect next step!

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Group Sales Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for group bookings across our portfolio of Moxy Hotels, Courtyard by Marriott and AC Hotels throughout the UK. You’ll turn enquiries into confirmed bookings and ensure every detail is handled with care.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Handling incoming group requests and tailoring proposals to meet client needs.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and identifying repeat business opportunities.
  • Responding promptly to inquiries via phone and email, and following up to close deals.
  • Drafting contracts, proposals, and booking documentation with precision.
  • Negotiating and securing bookings to maximise revenue potential.
  • Managing operational aspects of bookings, including system updates and coordination.
  • Ensuring smooth handovers to hotel teams with complete and accurate information.

What You Bring

  • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple processes across several hotels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • A solid understanding of sales strategies and how they apply across different properties.
  • Excellent communication skills – you know how to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Flexibility and adaptability – you’re comfortable navigating different systems and working styles.
  • Curiosity and tech-savviness – you pick up new tools quickly and love learning.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; 2 years’ experience in the sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area or degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.
  • Knowledge of the group process
