Shape the future of a £25m Marketing Services Group
Our client is an established £25m marketing services group, combining print management, creative services, technology, and fulfilment to deliver innovative solutions for leading brands.
As part of our executive succession plan, they are seeking an exceptional Group Sales & Marketing Director to lead their commercial function through its next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll play a pivotal role in modernising their sales strategy, uniting Sales and Marketing under one vision, and driving sustainable, profitable growth.

The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering the Group's commercial growth strategy
- Leading Sales, Strategic Account Management, and Marketing as one integrated function
- Winning strategic new business through a consultative, value-led approach
- Strengthening relationships with key clients and executive stakeholders
- Building a high-performance culture with clear accountability, coaching, and commercial discipline
- Recruiting key leadership roles to support the next stage of the business's growth
- Managing an existing team; 4 Direct reports, team of 9 in total
About You
We're looking for an experienced commercial leader with:
- A successful track record in Print, Marketing Services, or Creative Solutions
- Experience leading high-performing B2B sales teams and delivering profitable growth
- A consultative sales approach with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
- Strong commercial acumen across strategy, forecasting, pricing, and pipeline management
- A collaborative leadership style and a passion for developing people
