Group Sales Process & Systems Manager (m/f/d)

To strengthen our Group Growth Team at Selecta Headquarters, we are looking for an analytical, commercially minded, and technology-driven Group Sales Process & Systems Manager (m/f/d) to drive the continuous improvement of our CRM landscape, sales processes, customer lifecycle activities, and data-driven growth initiatives across Europe.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive the continuous development and optimization of sales processes, CRM systems, and customer lifecycle management across participating European markets
  • Support and lead strategic sales and CRM projects that contribute to customer retention, engagement, and commercial growth
  • Play a key role in the evolution and implementation of AI-driven solutions to improve sales effectiveness, customer retention, and customer experience
  • Manage and deliver international CRM roadmap priorities, including customer segmentation, lifecycle journeys, retention initiatives, and contact strategies
  • Ensure effective CRM platform governance, maintaining standards for processes, permissions, integrations, campaign execution, and change management across markets
  • Monitor and continuously improve CRM data quality, compliance, and usability in close cooperation with Data, Technology, and local business teams
  • Define, maintain, and analyze CRM performance metrics related to customer retention, churn, engagement, conversion, customer lifetime value, and CRM-attributed revenue
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Digital, Data, and Technology teams to optimize customer journeys and commercial performance
  • Build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and actionable business insights together with Analytics and Business Intelligence stakeholders
  • Support CRM adoption across markets through training, guidance, best-practice sharing, and stakeholder coordination

Your Profile

  • Degree or professional qualification in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Digital Technologies, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven experience in CRM, sales operations, lifecycle marketing, customer growth, marketing operations, or a related commercial function
  • Strong track record in managing CRM platforms, customer lifecycle initiatives, and cross-functional process improvement projects
  • Experience working across multiple markets, countries, or business units within an international environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into practical business recommendations and measurable actions
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or comparable systems
  • Good understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle management, automation, lead management, and performance reporting
  • Knowledge of GDPR, data governance, and CRM data quality management. SQL knowledge is an advantage
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills with the ability to coordinate teams without direct line-management responsibility
  • Fluent English is required; additional European languages are highly desirable
