Independent restaurant group

Brighton / London
Salary up to £70,000 + bonus and benefits

Our client is a respected independent hospitality group with a portfolio of chef-led premium restaurants. Each location has its own unique identity and culinary concept so this is an exciting, dynamic and creative hospitality setting.

They are creating a new Group Senior Marketing Manager role to sit at the heart of their high-impact Sales & Marketing team.

We are looking for a hands-on, commercially minded marketeer who will report to the Sales & Marketing Director, lead a Social & Content Manager, work with a Digital Marketing Manager and manage the PR, creative and agency partners.

One week you're launching a new campaign in one of the restaurants, the next you're writing copy, running a photoshoot or working out how to fill a quiet Tuesday lunch with a General Manager.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
