Group SEO Manager

One of the UK's leading multi-channel retailers is looking to appoint a Group SEO Manager to lead and develop SEO across a portfolio of established ecommerce brands.

This is a strategically important role within the digital team and offers the opportunity to shape the future direction of organic search across the business. You'll be responsible for developing and delivering the Group SEO strategy, managing key stakeholder relationships and driving measurable improvements in search visibility, traffic and revenue.

Working across Ecommerce, Marketing, Product and Technology teams, you'll lead major SEO initiatives including website migrations, re-platforming projects and the development of strategies designed to maximise visibility across traditional and AI-powered search channels.

About You

  • Strong SEO leadership experience gained within retail, ecommerce or another large consumer-facing organisation.
  • Experience managing SEO strategies across large websites or multi-brand environments.
  • A strong understanding of technical SEO, content and authority-building strategies.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
  • A commercially focused mindset with a proven track record of delivering growth through organic search.
