GROUP SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE

All North Group | Chesterfield | Hybrid

ABOUT ALL NORTH GROUP

All North Group (ANG) is a fast-growing property services group acquiring and building the best independent estate agency brands across the North & Midlands. Our portfolio includes Wilson Estate Agents — with other brands soon to legally complete and more acquisitions in the pipeline.

We're at the start of an ambitious growth journey, which means genuine opportunity: the people who join us now will shape how the group looks, sounds and grows. We're building something here, and we hire accordingly — we want the best, or people willing to become the best.

THE ROLE

You'll own social media across the group and its brands — each with its own distinct identity, audience and brand guidelines. This is a hands-on creative role for someone with a genuinely strong visual eye who can take a channel from posting schedule to published content to paid amplification, and treat it as their own.

You won't be doing it alone — you'll be supported day to day by our Group Growth Manager and our in-house photography team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
