What You’ll Deliver
As a Strength & Conditioning Coach, You Will
- Deliver high-energy Strength & Conditioning classes with a strong focus on coaching quality, movement standards, and member results.
- Coach members across barbell lifts, cable-based exercises, accessory movements, and mobility work, ensuring safe and effective execution.
- Lead structured 12-week training programmes that progressively develop strength, hypertrophy, movement quality, and performance.
- Provide clear, personalised coaching cues, feedback, and progression pathways to support members of all experience levels.
- Deliver intelligent warm-ups incorporating mobility, activation, and potentiation protocols to prepare members for training.
- Build members' confidence, technical competence, and understanding of strength training through expert coaching and education.
- Create a premium coaching experience that combines performance-focused training with a supportive, community-driven environment.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong technical coaching ability across barbell movements
- Confident understanding of strength & resistance profiles when training
- Experience using cable machines in your own training and with members
- Experience delivering group S&C or small group PT
- Confident programming skills, ideally with experience writing progressive blocks
- Understanding of anatomy & physiology, biomechanics, and movement quality
- Ability to coach mixed ability groups while maintaining high standards
- A passion for helping people train with purpose, confidence, and consistency
Essential Qualifications
- Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (or equivalent)
