As Group Supply Chain Finance Manager, you'll be the finance lead supporting Group Procurement while helping shape the wider supply chain finance agenda across multiple markets, currencies, and business units. You'll bring insight, challenge, and commercial thinking to decisions that drive value, improve forecasting, and strengthen performance. This role sits at the centre of strategic supply chain conversations, partnering with senior stakeholders to turn complex data into actions that make a real difference. You'll also play an important role in developing capability within the team and helping the business make smarter, more informed decisions.
This is a role with real influence. You'll balance commercial ambition with long-term value, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results that matter.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Partner with procurement and supply chain leaders to shape sourcing strategies, transformation initiatives, and investment decisions that deliver sustainable value.
  • Drive visibility of cost performance by leading standard costing, variance analysis, and reporting across key supply chain cost drivers, helping the business respond with confidence.
  • Improve planning accuracy through leadership of forecasting, performance reviews, and annual budgeting activities across the supply chain function.
  • Provide meaningful insight into foreign exchange exposure, freight costs, working capital, and cash performance to support better business decisions.
  • Strengthen governance, controls, and continuous improvement across inventory, reporting, and finance processes.
  • Turn complex data into clear recommendations while coaching and developing a Supply Chain Finance Analyst to grow capability across the team.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • A recognised accounting qualification or equivalent finance qualification.
  • Strong finance business partnering experience within supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, or a related environment.
  • The ability to influence, challenge, and build credibility with senior stakeholders across different functions and markets.
  • Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, costing, inventory, cash flow, and broader supply chain financial performance.
  • Strong analytical skills, including confidence working with SAP and complex datasets to create clear, actionable insight.
  • Experience coaching or developing others, with FMCG experience viewed favourably.
