Manage all corporate tax compliance activities ensuring accurately and timely submissions.

  • Liaise with external tax advisers regarding audits, enquiries, and compliance matters.
  • Preparation of Corporation tax packs and supporting schedules and review of draft returns prepared by tax advisors delivering timely filing of all corporation tax returns.
  • Review and submission of quarterly VAT returns.
  • Prepare and manage withholding tax submissions.
  • Manage transfer pricing documentation.
  • Identify, assess and implement, where appropriate, opportunities to improve tax efficiency and improvements in tax processes and record keeping.
  • Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess business impacts.
  • Accounting processes.
  • Review tax provisions and deferred tax calculations, ensuring all tax accounting entries are accurately reflected within monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Work closely with wider Finance team to embed accurate record keeping processes and suitable ERP system configuration to facilitate production of all tax related returns.
  • Assist with statutory accounts preparation, providing all tax related disclosures and schedules.
