Our client is a growing international business operating across multiple markets. They offer a collaborative, fast-paced environment with strong opportunities for development and progression.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Tax Manager to take ownership of group tax reporting and compliance across a multi-entity international business. This is a broad, hands-on role combining technical tax expertise with compliance, governance, and process improvement responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead group tax reporting, including current and deferred tax calculations and annual disclosures.
  • Manage year-end tax reporting across UK, US, and international entities.
  • Oversee corporation tax compliance and review tax returns with external advisers.
  • Coordinate US and international tax compliance activities.
  • Manage transfer pricing documentation and policies.
  • Monitor VAT, sales tax, and other indirect tax obligations.
  • Act as the key contact for auditors and tax advisers.
  • Maintain and improve tax controls, processes, and governance.
  • Support R&D tax claims and wider finance projects.

Experience & Qualifications

  • ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong experience in corporate tax and tax accounting.
  • Proven background in group tax reporting within an international environment.
  • Knowledge of UK tax legislation; US tax exposure would be advantageous.
  • Strong Excel and finance systems experience.
