Group Tax Manager - £85-90k + bonus - C.London (1 day in the office) IMMEDIATE START
My client is a FTSE Listed global entertainment business seeking a Group Tax Manager to join its evolving Group Tax team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified tax professional to take ownership of global corporate tax compliance and reporting while playing a key role in transforming and modernising the tax operating model.
Working closely with senior finance leaders, you'll be responsible for corporate tax compliance, tax reporting, forecasting and supporting tax-related projects across multiple jurisdictions. You'll also help drive the transition of tax processes in-house and contribute to the development of a scalable global tax function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage global corporate tax compliance, including tax returns, filings, tax payments and tax authority queries.
- Support cash tax and effective tax rate forecasting, maintaining and enhancing forecasting models.
- Prepare consolidated tax reporting under IFRS, including tax disclosures and support for statutory reporting.
- Partner with finance teams and external auditors to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and the use of technology across the tax function.
- Monitor developments in international tax legislation, including Pillar Two and BEPS-related changes.
- Coordinate with external advisers on tax projects, including R&D and capital allowance claims.

About You
- ACA or equivalent qualified, with experience in corporate tax gained in practice or industry.
- CTA qualification beneficial but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of corporate tax compliance and reporting within a multinational environment.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across finance and business teams.
- Excellent organisational skills with a strong focus on governance, controls and process improvement.
- Advanced Excel skills and exposure to financial reporting under IFRS.
