Are you an organised and driven construction professional with strong AutoCAD and Revit skills looking to take the next step in your career with a leading housebuilder?

We're looking for a Technical Coordinator to join our passionate and collaborative Group Technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a construction or technical design background who is keen to develop their expertise, take ownership of their work, and grow their career within a supportive environment.

Why Join Us?

You'll become part of a well-established and highly regarded Technical team that combines a wealth of industry experience with a genuine passion for developing people. The team has a fantastic mix of experience levels, strong staff retention, and a culture built around collaboration, support, and continuous improvement.

This is a role where you'll be encouraged to learn, develop, and make a real impact, working closely with colleagues across the business and supporting the delivery of high-quality new homes.

The Role

As Technical Coordinator, you'll support the successful design and delivery of residential developments, ensuring technical information is coordinated efficiently and issued accurately to internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining standard house types, technical details, and NHBC type approval records.
  • Coordinating and managing technical information throughout the development process.
  • Supporting the management of external consultants and specialist designers.
  • Ensuring design information is distributed effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Assisting with the implementation and monitoring of company Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Liaising with site teams, commercial teams, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Reviewing sales and marketing literature from a technical perspective.
  • Monitoring consultant appointments, schedules, and pre-qualification documentation.
  • Reporting on road and sewer bond levels.
  • Providing regular technical support to site teams through site visits.
  • Auditing compliance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Mentoring and supporting Technical Apprentices.
  • Assisting colleagues in managing product specifications, compliance requirements, and technical queries.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
